FIELD: ship sound insulation. SUBSTANCE: device has compartment with impenetrable walls one of which is adjacent to trimming of external bottom or side of ship that has double bottom. Another wall is adjacent to trimming of internal bottom or side and has hatch which allows sailors to access compartment and which is covered with water-tight cap. In addition device has pumping valve which is connected to receiver for ship emergency water rejection system. Other walls of compartment are connected to floors or to ribs and stingers. Rough vacuum is kept in space between bottoms. EFFECT: increased functional capabilities.
