STATOR OF TWO-PHASE A C MOTOR Russian patent published in 1997 - IPC

Abstract RU 2085003 C1

FIELD: manufacture of small capacity asynchronous and synchronous motors. SUBSTANCE: proposed stator of electric motor has separable structure. With common yoke 1 system of salient poles 2-5 is divided in axial direction into two halves. Pole pieces of different phases have different width along circumference of rotor in cross-section of any half. Poles with pole pieces of same width are displaced tangentially through 90 deg relative to each other in different halves, but width of that part of poles on which lumped coils 6 are put is same in both phases and remains constant over entire length of motor. Arcs of smaller pole piece relates to arc of bigger one as 0.33-0.40. EFFECT: facilitated manufacture. 3 cl, 2 dwg
