Device implementing this method has decoder 1, increment measurement unit 2, error counter 3, clock synchronizer unit 4, clock pulse divider 5, and code combination counter 6. EFFECT: improved accuracy of data-transmission channel quality estimation and reduced inspection time due to using noise-immune code for error detection and correction in syndrome decoding. 9 cl, 9 dwg
