SUBSTANCE: feeder has perforated container with cork closure, anchor connected with bottom part of container, carrier, auxiliary float, cord and cord receiving pipe running along longitudinal axis of perforated container. Anchor has ring. Ends of carrier are connected with auxiliary float and anchor ring. One end of carrier is connected with anchor ring by accommodating it within latter.
