FIELD: food-processing, sugar and distillation industry. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has closed cylindrical container with liquid and raw material supply and discharge systems and mixing device mounted within container for reciprocation. Mixing device has three tores, which divide container into four sections, with two sections being communicated via liquid supply system. One of outer tores has hermetically sealed enclosure and porous outer enclosure. EFFECT: improved quality of washing due to friction between food products and walls of mixing device and uniform mixing of food product and liquid in swirling liquid flows. 1 dwg
