FIELD: food industry; employment at canning plants of agricultural-industrial complex in sugar, alcohol industries, in in-shore fish-processing enterprises and fishing vessels. SUBSTANCE: device comprises closed cylindrical container communicating at one end with working chamber, and mixing means in the form of two flexible toruses reciprocating in a pipe passing along cylinder axis and connected at one end with a hose wound on a drum accommodated in working chamber, and communicating with liquid-supply system. Pipe is divided by horizontal partition and has holes in central part and on closed free end. EFFECT: higher quality of washing foodstuffs achieved by ting the latter in turbulent motion and eliminating injuries. 1 dwg
