FIELD: cigarette industry. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has drive roller adapted to unwind and convey cigarette paper into trimming fittings of cigarette-making machine. Needles are arranged on roller surface in groups. Each group of needles is arranged in several close longitudinal rows positioned circumferentially of rollers, with space between needle rows being equal to length of tobacco part of produced cigarette. Perforations provide for continuous ventilation in the process of smoking.
