FIELD: tobacco industry.

SUBSTANCE: cigarette with filter comprises tobacco cord, wrap and filter, which has at least one gas phase-active part, containing at least one gas phase-active substance. Gas phase-active substances are laid in matrix of filtering material. They are placed in amount of at least 75 mg per filter and at least 5 mg/mm of length of gas phase-active part of filter. Cigarette with filter has filter ventilation of not more than 30% (or 30-70%). NFDPM value makes 4-10 mg per cigarette (or 2-4 mg per cigarette), with measurement under smoking conditions according to ISO. Index Q1 of gas phase, defined as mcg of benzene per cigarette/mg of CO per cigarette with measurement under smoking conditions according to ISO, makes less than 1.5, preferably below 1.

EFFECT: development of cigarette with filter with significant reduction of tobacco smoke gas phase.
