FIELD: treatment by exposing patient to high gas pressures. SUBSTANCE: proposed high-pressure chamber comprises shell sealingly closed by air-tight lid actuatable by lever-type drive and provided with lock. Shell comprises patient's bed placed on movable trolley operatively connected with lid and with extendable box. Chamber is further provided with emergency pressure relief valve having hand-operated drive for placing valve in fixed open position. As accessories, chamber comprises silencer and filter oriented, both of them, in relation to walls of chamber interior and to lid. Viewports made flush with internal chamber walls are arranged in three tiers all along chamber shell. For convenience in operation, high-pressure chamber can be provided from outside with handrails for handling hand litter or auxiliary equipment.
