FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has air-tight casing having a platform for a patient to be placed there. The device has microclimate and pressure control systems, measuring system for controlling gas medium state parameters and physiological characteristics of a patient, central control panel with programmed computing device. The specific feature of the present pressure chamber is the presence of movably mounted platform attached to the tiltable and movable-out arch-shaped base, tilt pickups, platform loading unit with push-pull control members. The loading unit enables stiffness and tilt angle to be controlled both by patient himself and by personnel outside of the pressure chamber. The patient can do physical training exercises with controlled force, with atmosphere state parameters and physiological characteristics being measured and integral estimates of physical training exercises, atmosphere state parameters and patient position influence being evaluated in continuous mode.
