SUBSTANCE: in addition to traditional power source such as storage battery use is made of capacitive energy accumulator preliminarily charged (or trickle charged) by storage battery which is connected in parallel with storage battery when accelerator pedal is pressed to stop, thus increasing current of vehicle traction motor and providing higher performance of vehicle. Use of capacitive energy accumulator makes it possible to reduce capacity of battery which forms main part of vehicle mass and thus decrease total mass of vehicle and improve economy characteristics.
