FIELD: building materials. SUBSTANCE: composition has the following components, wt. -%: cellulose fiber 3-10; glass dispersing roving 3-15; superplasticizer C-3 0.3-0.95 (as measured for dry matter), and gypsum semihydrate - the rest. Superplasticizer C-3 is product of naphthalene sulfonation followed by condensation and neutralization with alkali to pH = 7-9. EFFECT: enhanced bending limit strength, broadened technology. 1 tbl
