FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: composition for producing gypsum fiber sheets comprises, in wt %: hemihydrate gypsum 50.9-52.5, Portland cement 2.8-14.4, cellulosic fiber 3.2-4.3, pozzolana component - binary mixture of metakaolin and ferrosilicon at a ratio of metakaolin: ferrosilicon=1:1 2.2-2.5, aqueous solution of polycarboxylate ester "Glenium®430" 0.772-0.799, setting and hardening time controller "Best-TB" 0.172-0.198, concentrate based on potassium alkylsiliconate "Tiprom®C" 0.049-0.065, water 25.238-29.907. The freeness of cellulose fibers is equal to 30-35°SR, the metakaolin hydraulic activity - not less than 1,200 mg/g, the ferrosilicon hydraulic activity - not less than 1,400 mg/g.
EFFECT: increasing the mixture setting time, imparting the self-sealing ability, increasing the ultimate strength, increasing the water resistance and frost resistance, simplifying the production.
