FIELD: oil and gas production industry. SUBSTANCE: this can be used both in developing new oil wells and in restoring output of wells being operated, but reduced their productivity. According to method, created through pump-compressor tube string is circulation of liquid with outlet through annular space to surface. By means of compressor in cyclic operation, delivered into pump-compressor tube string are air plugs to depth permitted by compressor capacity. Air plugs are forced down by liquid at pump pressure exceeding compressor pressure. Then pressure in down-hole zone of reservoir is reduced by pushing out plugs into annular space. Fluid flow rate is chosen so as to ensure down flow velocity higher or equal to 0.8 m/s. Volume of liquid is chosen as equal to inner volume of pump-compressor tubes and/or it is controlled according to pressure dropping at pushing out plugs from pump-compressor tubes. Cycles are repeated until outflow of sludge to day surface is discontinued. EFFECT: high efficiency. 3 dwg
