FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: mechanism has pulley mounted rotatably in housing and provided with two holes which are located symmetrically over circumference whose center is eccentric relative to axis of pulley. These holes are used to receive shafts carrying gear wheels at one end and cranks at other end. Gear wheels are thrown into engagement with wheel secured in housing and provided with internal teeth. Rocker arm is connected with cranks through connecting rods. Double-arm rocker has equal and symmetrical arms; it sets in rotation faceplate at variable speed. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 1 dwg
