FIELD: mechanical engineering; piston machines. SUBSTANCE: gear leverage converter includes base with rectilinear guide, slider mounted in guide and drive shaft mounted in base. Axis of drive shaft intersects longitudinal axis of guide and is perpendicular to it. Converter includes also gear train whose drive wheel having external toothed rim is secured on drive shaft. Driven wheel having external toothed rim is kinematically linked with slider by means of crank pin secured in wheel. Rocker arm is mounted on drive shaft for free rotation, axle of driven wheel being secured on other end of rocker arm. Converter is provided with additional driven wheel kinematically linked with slider by means of crank pin secured in additional wheel and additional rocker arm mounted on drive shaft for free rotation. Axle of additional driven wheel is secured on other end of rocker arm. Main and additional crank pins are articulated by means of connector strip and eccentricities of pins are cophased.
