FIELD: technical physics. SUBSTANCE: device has chamber in which frame with sample are located, electret probe which is rotated by electric motor, unit which presses frame against probe, and unit which clears and washes electret probe. In addition device has system which supplies stabilizing agent in chamber, amplifier, analog-to-digital converter, unit which transports frame with sample into chamber, receiver which detects mechanical emission. Receiver is designed as antenna which is located in close proximity to conforms to condition region of sample to electret probe. In addition device has amplifier polarizer and antenna amplifier which input is connected to receiving antenna and output of antenna polarizer. Its output is connected to analog input of analog-to-digital converter. In addition device has memory unit, unit for control and information processing, information display and control board, which inputs and outputs are connected to first control outputs and inputs of unit for control and information processing. Its control outputs are connected to inputs of antenna polarizer. Second control outputs and inputs of unit for control and information processing are connected to corresponding inputs and outputs of unit which presses frame with sample against electret probe. Its third control outputs and inputs are connected to inputs and outputs of unit which transports frame with sample in chamber. Fourth control outputs and inputs are connected to control inputs and outputs of digital-to- analog converter, which information outputs are connected to information inputs of memory unit which control inputs and outputs are connected to corresponding control fifth inputs and outputs of unit for control and information processing. Information outputs of memory unit are connected to information inputs of information display, which control inputs and outputs are connected to corresponding sixth inputs and outputs of unit for control and information processing.
