FIELD: high-precision instruments. SUBSTANCE: device has permanent magnet which is located along sensitivity axis over high-temperature superconducting disk which is directed by its opposite pole towards suspended permanent magnet. Said permanent magnet provides force which drives suspended permanent magnet and compensates constant constituent of force. In order to achieve total compensation, this magnet is driven over disk until zero position of suspended magnet is reached. Then it is locked in this position.
