SUBSTANCE: device has high-resolution telescopic lens 1, at least one image receiver 2, which is located in focal plane, wide-angle short-focus view finder 4 with image receiver and mechanism 3 for movement of telescopic lens and view finder. In addition device has unit 6 which matches position of object image in sight of view finder and position of image receiver in sight of telescopic lens. In addition telescopic lens has distance meter. Image receiver 2 is mounted for movement along sight axis of telescopic lens 1. View finder 4 is mounted for turning its optical axis with respect to optical axis of telescopic lens 1 by parallax angle. Telescopic lens 1 has wide aperture angle, angle borders of sight of view finder 4 and telescopic lens 1 are equal.
