SUBSTANCE: the device uses an AC power source, whose outputs are connected through screened wires to two electrodes located on the human body, the first electrode is fixed, and the second is connected through a screened wire via a voltmeter to an additional movable electrode. In each case the compliance of the point with the half of the value of potential applied to the horizontal section under examination and of the geometric center between the two electrodes from the current source in the same section is determined with the aid of the additional movable electrode.
