SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out retrocolonic transverse end-to-side gastroenteroanastomosis on isolated loop of intestine brought through the window in the transversal colon to the right of the superior mesenterial vessels above the descending segment of the duodenum, so that the loop repeats anatomical position of the duodenum, leaving stomach stump with gastroenteroanastomosis in the upper story of the abdominal cavity and attaching the abducted intestine to the lesser omentum, duodenal stump, in the window of the transversal colon mesenterium and to the zone of duodenojejunal passage. EFFECT: retained natural position of the gastric stump; retained vertical position of gastroenteroanastomosis. 1 dwg
