FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves forcing blood pass through extracorporally connected xenospleen. Ozone-saturated physiological salt solution is introduced into perfusion system in drop mode before the spleen. The ozone-saturated physiological salt solution is also passed through perfusion system at the end of the treatment to return blood left in the xenospleen to the patient. EFFECT: enhanced detoxication effectiveness; reduced postperfusion allergy reactions.
