SUBSTANCE: method involves a perfusion of pig spleen transverse slices with a sterile physiological solution, centrifugation, supernatant discarding and dilution of a precipitate with physiological solution at ratio 1:10. Obtained suspension of xenocells from pig spleen administrated in patient body effects on both humoral and cellular component of human immunity and decreases frequency of adverse and allergic response reactions in patients to whom xenoperfusate is administrated.
