FIELD: fertilizers. SUBSTANCE: mineral base (brown coal ash) is filled with waste of industry and agriculture (slime-lignin, activated silt from cellulose and pulp plants, wood waste). Cattle manure or dung is added to mixture at amount 1/3 of total component mass and composting is carried out. Mass ratio of ash to the rest waste = 1:(1.5-5). Quantitative and qualitative composition of compost is measured on the base of each component structure at elemental level.
