METHOD FOR PREPARING OF ORGANOMINERAL FERTILIZER Russian patent published in 2006 - IPC C05F3/00 

FIELD: agriculture, in particular, production of ecologically clean fertilizers on the basis of animal farming and poultry farming complexes and wood-working enterprises.

SUBSTANCE: method involves mixing wood-working wastes and animal farming wastes; composting resultant mixture, with amounts of mixture components being based on qualitative and quantitative accounts; forming platform from preliminarily ground and sorted out wood wastes comprising 2-5 mm sized particles having moisture content of 40-45%, said platform having height of 0.3-0.4 m and being equipped with shoulders extending along perimeter and having height of 0.1-0.15 m; delivering manure onto formed platform, said manure having moisture content of 90-92% with weight ratio of solid substance to wood wastes constituting 0.8-1.0; providing full mixing of resultant mixture after expiration of 36-48 hours upon absorption of liquid manure fraction by wood wastes in order to achieve basic moisture content of 70%; throwing resultant mixture into pit with trapezium-shaped cross section of 1.5-2.0 m height and 2.5-3.0 m width of its lower base; periodically providing full destruction of pit and forming new pit of above mentioned sizes and shape: first destruction process being performed in 6-8 days, second destruction process being performed in a month after laying during summer period, and other destruction processes being performed being performed in 2 months during periods between seasons.

EFFECT: simplified method, reduced losses of qualitative parameters of compost and minimal labor and material costs.
