FIELD: automatic control and information processing for railroads. SUBSTANCE: device has piezoelectric force-sensitive element which has two parallel surface acoustic-waves delay lines. Input of sensitive element is connected to output of high-frequency oscillator. Output of sensitive element is connected through amplitude detector to inputs of voltage meter, period meter and counter of number of electric pulses. Said units are located in electric signal processing unit. EFFECT: increased precision of weight measurement, possibility to measure speed, acceleration, length. 3 dwg
