FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: accelerometer has base 1 with cantilevered sensitive element 2, delay line with input interdigital transdicers 3 and 6 and output interdigital tranducers 4 and 7, auxiliary measuring interdigital tranaducers 9 and 11, delay-line surface acoustic wave self-oscillators, an electronic unit for converting signals from interdigital transducers 9 and 11, differential reverse converter.The delay lines are formed on the main surface of sensitive elements. Auxiliary interdigital transducers 9 and 11 are formed on two surfaces of the base at a distance not greater than a quarter of a surface acoustic wave length from interdigital tranducers 3, 4 and 5, 6 and output interdigital transducer aperture being equal to at least resultant aperture of the input and auxiliary measuring interdigital transducers. The auxiliary interdigital transducer and input interdigital transducer on each side of the sensitive element are located on opposite sides relative to the axis of wave packet of the output interdigital transducer.
