FIELD: testing equipment. SUBSTANCE: the proposed device has base 1, grips 4 and 5 installed on the base in rotating supports 2 and 3 and intended to grip specimen 6, rotary drive 7 for example for grip 2, actuator 8 intended for applying static force to specimen and provided with suspension in the form of a ring for transferring the load to specimen 6, actuator for application of axial compression or tension forces, actuator for application of static torque, catches in the form of projections 13 available on grip 5 of specimen 6 for relative turn of grip 5, retainers 16, for example bolts for retaining grip 5 on rotary support 3. The actuator for application of axial compression or tension forces consists of hydraulic power cylinder 18 installed on base 1 and connected pivotally by means of connecting rod 19 with rotary drive support 2 of grip 4 of specimen 6, and thrust bearings 20 and 21 of rotary support 3 of grip 5 for accepting compression or tension forces. The actuator for application of static torque to specimen 6 has rod member 10 with calibrated torsional rigidity. It is positioned in the center of the hole of specimen 6 and in rotary supports 2 and 3 of grips 4 and 5 for specimen 6 and is connected with rotary supports 2 and 3 by means of keyed or tooth joints 11 and 12 to provide a possibility of its axial displacement relative to supports 2 and 3.
