SUBSTANCE: device has n(n-1) lattice filters, n adders, n coefficient calculation units, n normalization calculation units, n normalization units, n inputs and n outputs. In addition device has m coefficient averaging units and k normalization averaging units, where m is equal to n(n-1)/2 if n is even, or to (n(n-2)+1)/2 if n is odd; k is equal to n/2 if n is even, or to (n-1)/2 if n is odd. This results in possibility of pair-wise averaging of corresponding coefficients which are calculated in each access circuit.
