FIELD: optical computer engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has optical flip-flop, group of optical two- state elements, two optical amplifiers, two transparencies, optical commutator and frequency filter. Zero output of flip-flop is optically connected through first transparency to input of first branch, which has ring branch which has serial circuit of first optical amplifier. Output of first branch is connected to first input of optical comparator, which has two input information branches and two control branches. Each information branch which input serves as comparator input has group of waveguide branches which are optically connected to each other and are split in to arms so that each next branch of some group is second branch of previous one. EFFECT: increased functional capabilities. 2 dwg
