FIELD: distillation processes and equipment. SUBSTANCE: invention concerns distillation processes involving petroleum raw material as well as materials treatable in chemical, food, pharmaceutical, and other industries. Essence of invention resides in that pumping off vapor-gas mixture from rectification column is performed with vacuum-generating arrangement, in particular, liquid-gas-jet apparatus connected with a closed container made in the form of phase separator and a pump forming in common circulating system; condensation of mixture occurs in phase separator in which vapor-gas-liquid mixture is separated into at least three phases, one of them in the form of non-condensed vapors and gases being withdrawn for utilization and liquid fractions after stratification into continuous phase layers being withdrawn from the phase separator as individual streams of objective fractions. As circulating agent for vacuum-generating arrangement either a part of one of fractions withdrawn of phase separator or water is utilized, while vapor of the latter may be introduced together with raw material or be fed into one of the sections of rectification column. A part of one of side distillates may also be utilized as circulating agent. Additionally jet apparatus is used as mixer to prepare high-disperse emulsion of circulating agent with one of the side distillates. Peculiar feature of installation consists in that circulation system is composed of hydraulically interconnected liquid-gas-jet apparatus, phase separator, and pump, phase separator being made as a closed vessel with (i) inlet zone for vapor-gas- liquid jet from delivery line of jet apparatus and (ii) condensate settling zone. Jet inlet zone is separated from settling zone by hydraulic gate in the form of suppresser-reflector of kinetic energy of jet, and settling zone is provided with connection pipes for separately withdrawing non-condensed vapors and gases and at least two liquid phases formed in settling zone after condensate is stratified into continuous layers. EFFECT: improved process flowsheet. 1 dwg
