FIELD: mechanics; physics.
SUBSTANCE: line discharging steam-gases from the rectification column top cools them down and feeds into vortex condenser for them to be phase-separated. Condensate-product fraction is extracted therefrom. The first and second fluid-gas ejectors are used as vacuum-creating system. Section scrubbers are arranged on the discharge lines of the aforesaid ejectors. The line discharging gas from the scrubber arranged on the discharge line of the first fluid-gas ejector is connected to the suction line of the second fluid-gas ejector so that to allow for a series or a parallel connection of the vortex condenser. In series connection of fluid-gas ejectors, the circulation circuit of the second fluid-gas ejector is connected to the cleaning reagent feed line. Note here that, in this case, appropriate condenser is connected to the cleaning reagent feed line and waste cleaning reagent discharged line. The aforesaid method is implemented at the vacuum rectification device.
EFFECT: reduced power consumption in rarefying rectification column, higher yield of useful oil product fraction better ecology.
