FIELD: production of shapes of low ductile alloys. SUBSTANCE: leading ends of blanks 1 are rolled and sharpened by pairs in common roll grooved passes without changing mutual position of identical blanks of built-up blank. Said built-up blank is assembled at levelling leading ends of identical blanks along their length and joining said identical blanks by their lateral surfaces of the same type. Leading ends of blanks are sharpened by two passes. First pass is performed before rolling in common edging groove. Then composite blank is tilted by 90 degrees, rolled and sharpened in common rhombic grooved passes respectively of rolling stand and sharpening rollers. Tapering of cross sections of identical blanks is performed according to relation α1<α2<α3=αn, where α1, α2, α3 - tapering angles of cross sections of identical blanks at output respectively of common working roll groove of sharpening rollers and common rhombic roll grooves of rolling stand and sharpening rollers, αn- angle between lateral faces of high-accuracy manifold shape. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of process of making high-accuracy manifold shapes, reduced number of types of sharpening rollers and dies, enlarged manufacturing possibility at making shapes of low-ductile alloys. 4 dwg
