FIELD: rolled stock production, mainly twisting and tilting rolled pieces between rolling passes in stands of continuous rolling mill. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of shaping rolled piece between grooved rolls at least in two successive rolling passes at twisting said piece between said rolling passes. Twisting is realized by applying pair of forces to rolled piece directly in deformation zone at simultaneously shaping said piece between grooved rolls. Lateral walls of mutually opposite grooves of rolls are arranged obliquely and symmetrically relative to rolling axis. Lateral faces of rolled piece having large inclination angle relative to vertical axis of roll grooved passes are shaped at output of roll grooves in direction of twisting rolled piece. Inclination angle of one pair of piece faces relative to vertical axis of roll grooved pass is maintained in range 3-6 degrees and said angle of other pair of faces - in range 9-15 degrees. Correction of twisting value of rolled piece is realized by axially shifting one roll relative to another. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 2 dwg
