Lining 26 has gas-permeable portions overlapping gas blowing device 14 connected with gas supply pipeline 12. Gas blowing device 14 is inserted into gas-impermeable shell 18, whose upper edge is positioned above gas blowing device 14 within layer of wearing lining 26.
