SUBSTANCE: cutter has body, cutting units with rod-mounted for displacement in radial guides of body and braking device for engagement with above-mentioned rods. Rod of each cutting unit has rectangular cross section to enhanced resistance of total due to vibration resistance and accuracy of self-adjustment; guide of rod is made in form of rectangular groove with stepped bottom provided with recess at rear wall of groove. Braking device is made in form of hold-down mechanism with force transmitting surface used for engagement with rod face opposite to bottom of groove and opposite recess.
