FIELD: precious metal hydrometallurgy. SUBSTANCE: in a method of processing zinc precipitates including hydrochloric acid leaching, precipitate obtained is additionally leached with hydrofluoric acid to produce gold-containing solution and silver/lead chloride precipitate. Hydrofluoric acid solution is treated by known method to precipitate gold, whereas silver/lead chloride precipitate is leached with ammonium acetate solution to leach lead. Once lead acetate is separated, silver chloride is reduced by known procedure. Gold and silver precipitates are processed in separate cycles. EFFECT: ensured selectivity of gold and silver recovery. 2 cl, 2 tbl
