FIELD: waste disposal. SUBSTANCE: invention focuses on recovering gold from copper-based electronic scrap involving acid leaching to isolate gold- containing solid residue and copper-containing solution followed by melting solid residue into ingot. According to invention, initial material, prior to be leached, is successively treated with alkali and cyanide solutions and then gold is precipitated from gold-containing cyanide solution by conventional technique. In this case, acid leaching is performed with sulfuric acid solution in presence of an oxidant. EFFECT: increased gold content in addition alloy and efficiency of process. 5 cl
