FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: this relates to erection of buildings with outer wall made of concrete and other hard materials. Outer walling has openings or recesses in which inserts are built-in. One ends of inserts are open to inner space of premise. Inserts are hollow with through or blind holes in which partitions and filters are inserted with adsorbent for cleaning air infiltrated into room. Incoming of air into premise through hollow inserts built-in recesses takes place due to infiltration through decorative-protecting layer, such as plaster course and partitions. Inserts and partitions are made of organic material, such as wood. For removing moisture from inner surfaces of guarding structure and warmth-keeping substance, inserted into clearances between inserts and opening or recess are bags with hygroscopic material with possibility for their periodic removal for drying. Instead of hygroscopic material or in combination with it, possible is to insert adsorbent for absorbing phenylic acid and other matter liberated from warmth-keeping substance which are harmful for man.
