FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction and can be used in construction and reconstruction of residential areas and industrial zones. Multifunctional structure comprises at least one underground floor in form of a manege parking lot with places to accommodate cars, arranged above car park overground building from a group: residential building, building for public, household and office and commercial purposes, as well as a platform for sport and leisure, second underground floor in form of technical floor to accommodate utilities of structure, and forced ventilation means, connected with at least one ventilation shaft for exhaust ventilation of underground floor with parking lot and rooms of overground building. Mouth of ventilation shaft is arranged above roof level overground building. Forced ventilation means are made in form of a jet ventilation system of series-installed in roof space of parking lot of jet ventilators, oriented in direction of generating air flow to drawing ventilation shaft, in form of shielded recess on side of facade of overground building.
EFFECT: providing maximum utilisation of urban territory and three-dimensional space at construction site, in particular underground, ground and open areas, ensuring protection of facilities for sports and playgrounds from exhaust gases of vehicles without erection in a building of special internal pipes, and from emergencies – fire, wherein fast fire localisation prevents its spread.
