FIELD: geophysical investigations. SUBSTANCE: this can be used in measuring certain bottom-hole parameters of wells with subsequent transmission of results in digital form through geophysical cable to ground surface part of equipment for registration and processing. Bottom-hole unit having sensors of deflector position, angle and azimuth, commutator and power unit. Additionally introduced is normalizing and matching unit. Ground surface instrument has pulse generator, commutator, information panel, input amplifiers of automatic digital converter, command setting unit, and decoder. Signal from corresponding sensor as requested from ground surface instrument goes through commutator to normalizing and matching unit. Here taking place is normalizing of electric signals from sensors and matching with communication link. Signal from bottom-hole instrument goes through matching amplifier and automatic digital converter to digital panel. System affords stable information about bottom-hole parameters.
