SUBSTANCE: given acoustic microscope includes acoustic objective lens mounted for movement along three coordinates, device forming stream of liquid, unit controlling scanning, primary processing and registration of information, drives for movement of objective lens, movement pickups and unit starting and stopping stream of liquid. Unit controlling scanning, primary processing and registration of information is inserted with delay units, electron commutators, pulse generators and controller made for interface with compatible computer designed to form signals of switching on of first commutator, generator of probing pulses, switching off first and switching on of second commutator, to read data and to command movement of acoustic objective lens with monitoring of change of its coordinates.
