SUBSTANCE: drive has governing device, adder, reverse pressure-actuated motor, converter for converting rotation into movement of the output shaft connected with an object to be controlled, and feedback unit. The adder is connected with the unit for control pressure, time relay, and unit for arresting torque. The end switches are connected with the circuit of electromagnets of the distributing device and made up as hermetically sealed reed relay and permanent magnets mounted on rotatable levers. The distributor has major and control valves and pressure regulator made up as a piston with a rod and seat facing the end face of the rod to form a space connected with a source of working fluid through a bypass. The converter of rotation is provided with screw-nut transmission and link mechanism and has an intermediate mechanism for transmitting rotation made up as a gear toothing with inner engagement and eccentrically mounted gear wheel coupled with the working shaft of the rotation converter through a flat crank mechanism.
