SUBSTANCE: drive has electric-pneumatic control unit, pneumatic jet engine; regulator, transmission which has a worm and worm wheel. It also has drive's movable parts kinetic energy absorbing unit, drive's motion moment limiting unit, feedback device and switch units. Limiter is made in form of set of plate springs and it is disposed in coaxial with kinetic energy absorbing unit between two bushings, which bushings have protruding belts. Bushings are disposed for movement in case and they are disposed coaxially at tightening rod for limited restricted motion along the rod without having rotation around its axis. One end of tightening rod s mounted onto bearings inside worm for rotation around tightening rod and without its axial movement relatively worm. The other end of rod is provided with belt. Movable support rings are disposed outside bushings, among which rings the plate springs of kinetic energy absorbing unit.
