SUBSTANCE: interferometer includes objective lens, two Lloyd mirrors and register placed in series along optical axis. Mirrors are positioned in parallel one to other and optical axis passing in the middle between mirrors and are located at distance equal to or bigger than half-length of mirror from focus of objective lens.
