REFERENCE SPECTRUM FOR VIBRATION DIAGNOSTICS OF MECHANISMS Russian patent published in 1997 - IPC

FIELD: inspection of technical condition of electric machines, pumps, reduction gears. SUBSTANCE: method is based on comparison of vibration spectrum of examined mechanism or its unit obtained experimentally with reference spectrum. Spectrum obtained after application of ultradispersive polytetrafluorinethylene on friction contacting surfaces of parts is used as reference spectrum. Reference spectrum is determined after obtainment of vibration spectrum of examined mechanism. Polytetrafluorinethylene in the amount of 0.001-30.0 per cent by mass is added into lubricating material of examined mechanism. EFFECT: increased accuracy and reliability of detection of sources and depth of defect formation at earliest stages of initiation. 2 cl, 4 tbl
