FIELD: geophysics. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to measure microdeformations of the Earth's crust and to study spatial-time structure of seismo-acoustic fields. Interferometer has radiation source, collimator and beam splitter optically coupled to it, corner reflector and plane-parallel mirrors arranged on optical bench at angle of 90 deg one relative to another and photodetector and registration unit anchored on piezoceramic cylinders. Employment of plane-parallel mirrors in the capacity of one of reflectors makes it possible to improve signal-to-noise ratio and to diminish effect of variations of temperature, pressure and humidity on measured parameters of signals.
