SUBSTANCE: all members of model of building (beams, plates, columns) are made resilient from composite low-modulus material with adjusted pretension changing rigidity of these elements depending on value of tension. In this case model is fitted with system of instruments, loading gears and fixtures simulating various external actions, unit for photographing deformed view of model through transparent screen with silhouette non-deformed outline of building.
