FIELD: electrical engineering; superconductors for high-intensity magnetic systems and magnetic systems for nuclear fusion plants. SUBSTANCE: superconducting fibers form two groups of fibers; one group is placed in central region of conductor and positioned along longitudinal axis; other group of superconducting fibers is placed in annular region of conductor abutting against diffusion barrier; mentioned fiber groups are separated in conductor cross-sectional area with copper-tin base alloy layer; ratio of areas of central and annular regions of conductor incorporating superconducting fibers is consistent with ratio 0.5:4. EFFECT: improved current-carrying capacity of superconductor, improved conditions for diffusion processes to form superconducting connections during final heat treatment. 2 cl, 2 dwg
