FIELD: radio engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has set of co-planar emitter which are designed as dipoles 1 which are located in parallel and are connected to symmetric two-wire feeder 3 so that emission is done in direction of lesser dipole. Terminals of dipoles are limited by continuous piecewise linear line 2 which has constant inclination angle α for each straight line piece and structure period t. Distance between dipoles 1 and ratio to dipole radiuses conform to condition of constant input resistance of antenna for operating bandwidth. Structure periods of adjacent antenna pieces with different inclination angles conform to condition τk+1=τ
